Avoid double shipping costs, Bundling lots:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bundle lots from different auctions on Catawiki, only lots from the same auction. This is not down to us but to Catawiki.
To still combine shipping of these lots without double shipping costs, select "SHIPPING" at the first lot you pay for. At the subsequent auction(s), select "COLLECTION".
For any action, please send us a message via the Catawiki website.
When you are ready to send the paid lots, again send us a message via the Catawiki website. This is the sign for us to pack all the lots together and ship them together, but only if shipping costs have been paid with 1 of the lots.
Picking up lots:
A colleague is present on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 4pm, on Tuesdays to Thursdays from 9am to 8pm.
I hope there is a suitable time for you.
However, it is always advisable to send a message when you want to come due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not hear from us, the date and time are in order.

Customs shipping as "Gift":
Due to changes in customs legislation in the E.U. from July 1, 2021, we are required to include purchase amounts on all customs documents and attach packing slips. Shipments from companies to individuals will otherwise be refused and returned by Customs. We have already experienced this with Customs different countries.
