Kibri
Kindler & Briel GmbH (Kibri) is one of the oldest manufacturers of toys and later model (train) items in Württemberg (Germany). Kibri produces buildings in scales H0, N and Z but also distinguishes itself by making construction kits of many different vehicles in H0 scale.
The company was founded in 1895 in Böblingen by Wilhelm Kindler (ki-) and Adolf Briel (-bri). Post-war buildings were initially marked with the stamp ‘Kibri - made in US Zone Germany’. From around 1952, the stamp ‘Kibri - made in West Germany’ was used. Kibri is now part of Viessmann Modelltechnik GmbH.
